How does penis stretching work?

Manual stretching involves using your hands to massage tissues all the way down your penis. This will stretch your skin and create "micro-tears" in the tissue. The tissues could appear to be engorged after healing which makes your penis look longer.

The research on techniques for stretching the penis is insufficient. The studies conducted suggest any particular method as a reliable method to extend the penis for a long time. But it is possible that a temporary real way to increase your size at home in size is feasible.

One review from 2010 that was reviewed by Trusted Source found that people who had used the Andropenis stretching device noticed an increase in the size of the device with prolonged daily usage (up to 9 hours per day).

The participants used the device for about 6 hours a day during the course of four months. They gained 1.7 centimeters or about 1/3 of an inch in length. There was no impact on the girth.

How can you stretch comfortably

There's usually no harm in trying stretching exercises. They can make you feel more at ease with the size of the penis and look.

The following are the results of anecdotal evidence. Keep in mind that research on stretching techniques for the penis is very limited. Always consult with a physician or another healthcare professional prior to making a decision to try a new method.

Exercises for stretching

Before doing any stretching exercises:

  • Do these exercises only when you're shaky.

  • Stop the exercise if it causes discomfort or pain.

  • Place yourself on an object or table while you're working.

  • Do these exercises only every day, either once or twice to avoid injuries.

  • Discuss with your physician If you'd like to do these exercises for longer or perform them more often.

To stretch your penis manually:

  1. Take hold of the penis's head.

  2. The penis is pulled upwards to stretch it for 10 seconds.

  3. Then, pull your penis towards the left for another 10 seconds, and then turn it to the right.

  4. Repeat these steps at least two times a day for around five minutes.

Try this:

  1. Grab the penis's head.

  2. Make sure you pull your penis up.

  3. Place your finger on the area at the penis's base while you press.

  4. Maintain this position for around 10 seconds.

  5. Repeat the steps using your penis pulled towards the left and applying pressure to the top of your penis on the right side.

  6. Repeat the process with your penis pulled towards the right and applying pressure on the bottom of your penis on the left side.

  7. Repeat this exercise at least once every day for up to 2 minutes.

To "jelq" your penis:

  1. Use your thumb and index finger into an O shape.

  2. The O-shaped motion should be placed on the bottom of the penis.

  3. Create an O less pronounced until you can put gentle pressure on the shaft of your penis.

  4. Move your fingers slowly and thumb towards the tip of your penis, until it reaches the end. Reducing the pressure if it causes pain real way to increase your size permanently.

  5. Repeat this every day for between 20 and 30 minutes.

The act of stretching using a device
